My go-to place to buy perfume and cologne! Sheila, Alethea, and Carlos are awesome!! Every time I come and one of them is working, they immediately greet you with a smile. What I love most about them is that they go above and beyond to make sure my purchases are beautifully packaged whether they have a gift bag or can be wrapped. I mainly buy perfume or cologne as presents/gifts so when they offer to wrap it for me, it saves me an extra step! I love that about them! Such great services!!!

Ms. Mirna is amazing. Offered to help before I could even think to ask for it. Didn’t pressure me at all, just stayed nearby to answer questions and was a complete delight. Bought a couple of shirts just because of her kindness. Will be back for sure, so long as she is here to take care of my transaction. Also, I want to add that Mr. Richard is one of the most helpful sales reps I have ever come across. I purchased some shoes today after the terrible experience I had at Macy’s. Next time, I’m coming here FIRST. Dillard’s is really onto something with these amazing employees. I’m turning into a regular customer here because of these awesome people! Really hope they get raises occasionally because it’s hard to find these type of employees. Keep them at all costs!

Hello to who it may concern I was really trying to not take it here but it seems like I have no other option. I was hired on as an employee at your beautiful store. I love the store I have been shopping with Dillard since I was 13 years old. I enjoy my experience. I did my orientation to officially become a employee but due to the circumstances, I was forced not to show up for the remainder of my time in conclusion that was in the beginning of August. I am still trying to receive my pay for the orientation. Employees in fragrance department were looking at their cell phones on company time watching the Saints game. They never looked up from their phones to even see there was a customer, me, waiting to make a purchase. I waited several minutes too and then left and bought the perfume from their competitor, Macy's. Na manager anywhere around to talk to, just employees goofing off.

Keisha from the MAC counter gve me a fabulous makeover. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The customer service Keisha gave deserves to be recognized. Not only did she give me beautiful makeover she manged other customers. She multitasked without making me feel uncomfortable. Dillard's Keisha from your MAC counter is a wonderful employee.
