Parking lot under safe shelter. Was able to walk easily through with employee help to get to Lens Craters. We came in a 18 wheeler in the yard on a limited time and space to be squeezed in with a day notice because we had a load and it was through the direction we were going

The store manager (Chris) and customer service staff bluntly demonstrate their lack of empathy and client relations skills. I canceled my credit card with them and returned $1800 in merchandise following this experience I had with Chris the store manager. I would advise to buy directly from the brand retailer/manufacturer, it is always more cost effective that way instead of buying from them, they’re just the middle man. Loyalty hinges on a great customer service experience and you most certainly won’t find it here. I am filling a report with the BBB as well.

I love this store and I love the selection of Rock Revival Jeans. I wish they had a rewards program for frequent shoppers all they have is a Dillard's credit card. I would give them 5 stars but I only gave 4 because of price.

Dillard’s Store’s , have been my store for more then 30 years quality good sales best shoes 👠 My only concern, I won a basket in the cosmetic departments. I was very happy to pick it up. When I open the básquet have only men cologne, I was expecting woman perfume on cosmetics since the event was at women’s cosmetics,, Not happy about that.

Dillard's IS GOOD. Store that won’t let you down. You will be getting prices that make you happy you came to Dillard's. And although line at the cashier might look long, they get it going quickly.
