This place is the real deal. Don't even bother looking anywhere else. I've had a cracked screen replaced on a Galaxy, (best price in town with quickest turnaround) and also bought a used iPhone for international travel. Both 100% fantastic experiences. The owner and I chatted for a bit too. Great guy! He loves what he does, and it shows through his work and business ethics. Never once felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable in the least bit. Absolutely unreal job by these guys. First of all, I called for a quote on a back replacement for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and Derek (sorry if I didn’t spell your name right!) gave me 2-3 different quotes that helped me fit in to my budget. Then, once he ordered and received the part, he called me back to let me know just how delicate the process was going to be and all of the possible outcomes, apparently it’s a bit of a hassle to replace the part. That level of transparency really goes a long way with me. Finally, from the time I dropped off the phone to the time I picked it up was about 5-6 hours total, which I’d say is more than satisfactory. Hands down I recommend Device Pros if you’re looking to go 3rd party repair and save some money, especially if you have an Apple product. Well done guys!

Derrick is the nicest guy in the world and does an excellent job. I had a badly cracked screen on my phone he did an amazing job. My phone is brand new! You can tell he really cares about his customers and doing a great job for them. Very genuine person. I highly recommend DevicePros to anyone!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and fair pricing. Did not try to sell me anything extra. Actually only charged for the part. No install fee ect. Super pleased. I had dropped my 3 month old Galaxy note 23 ulta phone from the 15th deck/floor to the 7th on a cruise ship. Only thing that had to be replaced was the battery. A few wires repluged in. Boy was I great full it was only a battery replacement.

My iPhone 14 Pro got shattered back glass. Apple quoted me $500. These guys were able to do it for a couple hundred less, very professional and fast. Phone looks brand new now and I'll use them again.
