Maddening. The wait is 1 hour or more, and sometimes, many times, they are chatting among themselves. They never attend to you on time. While they serve you they make personal phone calls. attention is normal. They have many mistakes when it comes to informing you. I have to say that they also have lovely people (the minority)

After going there blinded by the free estimate and financing... a mistake. Don't be fooled by the first day deal.
