Dental Santander

I have been a client of this dental clinic since 2012 and I must say that it is my reference clinic. I have always left here happy with the treatment and with their services, both cleaning and whitening, in which the care and true professionalism shown by the employees of this business can be seen, explaining very well what is necessary to extend the maximum possible effectiveness of their treatments and patiently clarifying what is asked of them.

I have been a customer with my wife for years. Yesterday, 9-27-2018, while I was eating, a molar broke, leaving the metal of a very old metal filling exposed, producing ulcers on the side of my tongue. Today I called the clinic and later they called me back agreeing between patients to be able to solve it. Miss Sandra has treated me first thing in the morning and she has solved the problem and cures it with ease and professionalism. I have an appointment for next Friday because I had the annual review. What more can you ask for when you need an urgent solution and they don't charge you for it. Thank you very much Sandra for all this. You are a charm. A hug.

I did not know the dental clinic and I mistakenly chose to buy a voucher in Collective, they promoted a review and a discharge splint. After arriving at the clinic and without consulting any dental specialist, they proceed directly and without prior review or advice to place a mold for the continued application of the product, surprised by the lack of professionalism, I ask if no one qualified is going to make an assessment, or If said treatment met my needs, after rude treatment by the employee, scolding me about the price I was paying, I got a dentist to see me, this time more educated, valued and informed that it was not the most appropriate treatment, I decide leave the clinic in disbelief because of the treatment received, because of the NO promoted service of a supposed clinic with professionals and because of the carelessness of the facilities, I want to mention that they were dirty, which already generated wide distrust and concern in me, to show the gown of the first employee who greeted me, along with her body odor. I do not recommend this clinic due to lack of hygiene and professionalism and because their clients divide them into classes. Colectivia efficiently and in just three hours it has returned the amount, therefore the page works well.

I was able to see how they used another patient's instruments without sterilization. I complained obviously. Gross
