Dental Clinic Pilar Vara

I am going to relate my experience: I went to have a free dental cleaning through Helvetia insurance and to my surprise I came out with a budget for a complete periodontal treatment of 347 euros but with the cleaning not done. I do not recommend that clinic under any circumstances, they use the free cleanings that they say they do for those of us who go through insurance companies to try to give us a more expensive treatment. And I hope that Dr. Vara does not think of saying that I have never been to her clinic, because then I will go on to describe in great detail the waiting room where she kept me for more than 45 minutes, leaving just as I entered.

I went for a second opinion, the solution was the same as what they had already told me. The attention received and the concern to solve my problems was what led me to decide on this clinic, after spending 10 years in another place. Doctor Pilar is a great professional and also a wonderful person. Thank you very much.

Very bad experience. I could do a long review but I will limit myself to commenting that since I entered I did not feel close or respectful treatment. I went to the insurance company and, although I understand that I may require a diagnosis and do additional tests, the doctor does not explain things to you with kindness, tact and slowly but rather quickly, explaining only the risks of not even doing the tests and making a hasty diagnosis. I am giving you this review to improve, so that you keep in mind that patients are in a situation of ignorance and vulnerability and need everything to be explained to them slowly without making them afraid and with a close treatment. I went for a second opinion and they didn't tell me the same thing as here, although some things coincided or I didn't have to do the same treatment. I would not recommend this place and as I say I am adding a review so that the treatment of the patient can improve, above all.
