I have requested authorization for a test two weeks in advance, they ask me for documentation, forcing me to visit the specialist who prescribes it again and the time and money that it entails, and they delay me once it is delivered because the information is not complete, but they also do not prescribe that you must deliver. They force you to cancel the appointment with what it entails for both the patient and the healthcare provider who is going to make it. What I said is a shame. When things go wrong you really see what kind of insurance company they are. If they do not want to take the test, say so clearly and stop wasting time with calls and procedures. All the best

I present my case to help other insured people! I have been trying to process an authorization for a non-complex surgical intervention since November 2 (with a doctor who has an agenda with a long waiting list). After making the request through the app, attaching the corresponding prescription, they then ask me for a chronological report from social security. I had to wait for the appointment and, although with difficulty, I achieved what they asked of me, since they did not understand what connection that report could have to a private entity. After 6 days of waiting since I sent you the report I still have no response, my intervention is supposedly scheduled for the 21st and the doctor needs your authorization to be able to continue, reserve an operating room and other needs in the intervention... After several calls they only tell me that it is being evaluated by the medical direction. Luckily it occurred to me to start processing this a month in advance, this is exasperating as well as a delay for healthcare, fortunately it is the only intervention I have had to undergo for now. I'm very upset

Disastrous and they are only for the essentials. When I say this, I am going to present my case of the many that there are. In July I go to my Adeslas insurance, to be able to expedite health issues, which I go to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Hospital in Valladolid, it is because I have a pain in the sword that causes plaques and in which it is not very clear and they do an MRI, they see that I have a fracture in the L2, they give me treatment and a belt and in 7 days they see me again. When they saw me again they decided to put me in a corset, in which I stayed for two months. They took off the corset and saw that it was not welded the way it had to be welded. 30 physio sessions and something better continues, but it is not good. After approximately 3 months they do another MRI which the result is that there is inflammation and they decide to operate, and put, as they say, cement. They do all the tests to operate, but ADESLAS does not authorize the operation. They ask for my medical history and decide not to give authorization because in 2016, I had low back pain and they say that what I have is due to this. The doctor who was going to intervene on me decides to speak and send a report to you and they continue with the same attitude as Adeslas, he himself decides to speak with the management of Adeslas and tells him the same thing that there is a pathology from 2016 and that this is fine for the cause I said before. Which has nothing to do with the fracture that I have at the moment. For that reason, not. They authorize me for that operation. If you are a medical insurer, you don't show it anymore when there is a serious operation you wash your hands, you only want money, money for small things and right now I am in a situation that is probably worse than the injury I have and I am considering report this issue. And my complaint is the following, do not say that they are the best in health because for my part they have not proven it to me. As far as I'm concerned, I can't say that I'm happy with you and whether I'll tell my friends, family, etc... And I give them a star in the reviews and because they don't have to give any stars, I say greetings and that they continue to take care of the health of their clients, unlike me. 😡😡😡

I am going to rehabilitation because I have had surgery for an injury that can take between 6 and 8 months to recover. When on July 20 I request an authorization to continue, suddenly they ask me for a medical report. I get it, I take it to this delegation in Valladolid and someone, I don't know who it is because he is hiding in a delegation office and doesn't come out, says he doesn't understand why a doctor sends me more rehabilitation if I have improved. I go back to the doctor and he details in his report why this injury needs more rehabilitation. When I bring the new report, the same person, who has not seen me, nor has he evaluated me medically, questions that opinion of a traumatologist and says that he will call the clinic and that he will assess, so today, I am still waiting for them to give me the authorization that is supposed to take 48 hours. While I haven't gone to rehab for almost 2 weeks, I've been in pain again and lost some mobility, I'm still sick and unable to drive.

After working and having insurance for many years, now that I really need it because I have breast cancer, they want to delay certain authorizations that I have covered in my policy and I also enter into the protocol... it is better to delay it to wait for other tests than are less important to start treatment. Options: have the oncologist make another report, pay for the test yourself or wait a month to see results, and/or make a claim... this is really serious, I don't doubt the medical direction but they are not a specialist in oncology that's what the reports are for, I think that in this situation every minute counts. It is a shame to have a disease, (which I have not chosen) and that they leave you stranded, I really do not know what else to do but they are playing with a life.
