After 20 days of forcing the restaurant door and breaking the glass, I still don't have any solution after 27 days.
5 days ago they sent me assistance to repair the door and the glass, and today they sent me again an expert who already came 15 days ago.
Every time they send an expert, the previous claim is interrupted and another one is opened and we have to wait more days.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE.
They are the worst, they never answer the phone when you call. You have to call the general customer service phone number, and if you go to the office it's all bad faces, it's hard for them to even say hello. Not at all friendly. I do not recommend it
They are truly incompetent. You have to keep calling them and presenting yourself there so they can do their job, since they don't care about the customers and in the end you have to solve it with Adeslas Central in Madrid so that they attend to you in Palencia. Both the guy and the girl who are serving at the entrance are really incompetent and unprofessional. We really recommend you opt for any other company, since, very soon they will be more professional.
Unfortunately, when you have an appointment for an operation they call you to tell you that they deny it and kick you out of the insurance, having been treating me for 2 years. A shame.
