The lack of professionalism of Dr. Sanchez (implantologist of this clinic) is shameful. They changed my appointment (day 13) for a tooth extraction for another day (day 19) because the surgeon was unwell, something that can happen to anyone, well all this I add that on the 14th and 15th I had appointments with different professionals , which on the 15th there was a confusion on their part and they should have canceled my appointment. But what happened today has been and I repeat SHAME when they call me from room 5 and this man asks me how I am, I answer that I'm a little nervous, and he looks at me and jokes with his mouth and tells me that he doesn't understand why .... Next, after discussing my appointment, because I was going to have a tooth extracted and he is an implantologist, his lack of respect and arrogance when he tells me to be there, sir, I know where I am, to what I I answer him... I know where I am and without having studied any degree I think that before I get an implant they should remove my tooth first, to which he answers laughing and with some contempt... Come on if you want me to take you out tell me which tooth I took out even though I am the implantologist... without any kind of confidence that this doctor can give me, I got up and told him that I do not want any other appointment with him or with anyone from that center, At that moment, an assistant came in and repeated to this gentleman again that there was a mistake and that they had given me the appointment to remove the tooth and that his was not canceled due to a confusion, even though this girl said that I was right. Dr. Sánchez laughed again and asked me if I knew where I was... Logically I left and I will never come back.

Lack of professionalism from a woman who works there. I went to take out medical insurance and someone came behind me (ignoring that I had entered first), trying to treat the other person, but thank goodness there are still people with respect who let him treat me first. He tells me to sit down knowing that what I wanted was to hire the service, since I told him before and his response was to give me a card to call someone who takes care of that. I can understand that he didn't take care of what he needed but those are not ways to treat a person. I even felt humiliated.

They are not there, they do not answer the phone and if you have the immense fortune, they serve you poorly. AWFUL!

My experience at this center is regrettable. Lack of competence, disinterest and lack of empathy with the patient. After several visits and calls to be able to perform a test generated by a doctor, they have not been able to perform it on me without giving me any logical explanation, since in another Autonomous Community they could perform the test on me without any problem. In this center they did not even know the existence of the test, they almost tried to convince me to change to another test without having any medical criteria.
