Delaware Eye Care Center

Today, as always Dr. Doyle and the staff were ALL professional, courteous, efficient and considerate. Today, there were some “extra-challenging” personalities in the wait area; and the front-end staff did great! My needs were met and staff also announced there met be delays due to short staff; but they actually seemed to get pretty caught up with minimal delay (opinion).

My grandmother has been with Dr Doyle and Delaware Eye Care for years and we absolutely love them. Dr. Doyle is an amazing Dr always taking time to greet us warmly and is always very thorough with his questions and exam. The office staff as well are just as wonderful. Everyone is always smiling and upbeat. Always very welcoming and polite. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an eye Dr.

Great Doctor and staff. Front desk is hot and cold. Some very nice, others are not. Optician section is a big asset to the practice. A real downer is the lengthy waits after checking in. Sometimes as much as 90 minutes.

The staff here is always friendly and check me in and out with ease. I really love the doctors here, especially Dr. Marshall-Underwood. My children always feel safe and well treated. I really couldn’t ask for a better provider for my entire family.

It was a long wait but I was satisfied with the results. Each person new what they were doing and were efficient. The doctor was efficient and took the time to make things clear.
