We bought a kayak 1 month ago but we could use only twice because we couldn’t find any calm place to use kayak in Galicia. In the web page it’s writing we can come back to product within 60 days. For these reasons, we wanted return the kayak. The guy who is responsible from kayak for return process, he was extremely ice out and attention is zero. I paid by card but they didn’t want to pay back in the same way. They paid with gift card. Please remember, if you have the same problem ask to him/her to show the difference same product they are selling and the product you want to return

You know decathlon. Cheap plastic and fabric-made stuff sold at prices that we perceive as good for what we pay. You get what you pay for or even less, that's the rule of the game. Usually I return most of the stuff I get as I get hooked by the price and then realize what a waste of time and money when I get home.

Guess there's nothing you can't find regarding any sport you can think of.... amazing. VERY friendly and helpful staff!!
