Terrible experience in the acquisition of a VW Jetta 2018, Tiptronic 2.0 in April 2022, I bought this vehicle in a single payment, it had several details that they promised to fix in a short time, until the current date of May 2023, the faults and deficiencies of the vehicle have not been fixed. vehicle making me go around between the VW San José del Cabo branch and Daswell LPZ, I do not recommend anyone to make any purchase at this agency, the salesman who assisted me was Adrián Hernández (in Lpz) also Roberto sales or workshop... I don't know exactly (SUC DASWELL LPZ) and in San José del Cabo Ezequiel Pérez from Service... I have all this backed up in messages via WhatsApp for whoever wants to corroborate what I mention here...
I have made several calls and messages but they do not respond with the information I require, they tell me that they will communicate but they never do….
The service is terrible, I don't recommend it at all. It took them 2 months to deliver the car to me, they don't keep appointment times, the workers have a terrible attitude towards customers after you make the purchase. They supposedly apply a 3-month warranty, but the repairs are a scam (the parts fell off a week after it left the workshop).
The car does not meet what they promise, it has constant failures and the company is not responsible.
