Darien Collision

this was the best experience i have ever had in terms of car repairs. they perfectly fixed new hail damages, including a new windshield. they also repaired old damages that had been previously "repaired" by another shop when my car was crushed by a tree. after i got it back from the first shop, it never really felt right and definitely didn't look right. i asked Rich about it and he went through everything with me about re-opening an old claim insurance. the turn around for BOTH claims was 3 weeks at Darien Collision when it previously had taken 3 months just for the one. i was astounded at how fast everything got done and how perfect my car felt and looked at the end. i 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Rich and Ken are amazing! This is my second time using their services after an accident and they will be the only body shop I use. They were honest, fair and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They even got my repair done way ahead of schedule, which is awesome!

I am lost for words on trying to describe this company, My experience was extremely 1000% satisfactory. I called them because they were close in my area and I needed my bumper fixed. I went up there to talk to them and they assured me everthing was going to be fine. Which it was. They helped me through the process and they even scheduled my rental for me and dropped me off to Enterprise. It took about two weeks and they did an excellent job, im going to upload an before and after picture. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back for future needs. The guy who works the front desk goes over and beyond for his customers and the skinny tall guy who does the work is very knowledgeable and helpful! I am going to say first that I am very particular about my vehicle... hand wash only and take very good care of it. Both left doors were smashed in. I got a recommendation from Joe Cotton Ford. I have to say that I am more than pleased! It took a bit longer than originally told but they were very respectful and helpsed me out because of the delay. You can't complain with great quality work and competitive prices. Looks brand new! Thanks again DCC!

The owner is a great guy. He personally went over all my issues and provided solutions. When I picked up my SUV it looked like brand new. His staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. I hope I never need his services again, but I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.
