Very nice selection of shoes. Always check the clearance first! Very competitive prices for quality shoes either walking, hiking, rough terrain, dress, casual. And they have most shoes in extra wide width as well. Stacked and organized

My first experience with this place as I want to order a pair of steel toe boots for work. Since they don't carry my shoe size 16 wide in the store. And this was the only place I could find a size 16 wide. (Out of all the shoe stores in Springfield, Mo). I feel sorry for people who have or need bigger size shoes or boots. No one has them. So I had to order them. And hopefully they will fit? Will update when I get them.

This visit was my first to DSW. I found the employee, Ashley, that helped me was very knowledgeable regarding the shoes I was needing and made certain that they fit properly. I have a disability with walking and feeling my feet due to my MS. Ashley was very sensitive to my issues and ensured that I bought the proper shoes. Although I purchased the shoes to exercise, I have found the shoes are perfect for me to use full-time. Thanks for your help Ashey. Mike C.

Their employee are very welcoming and accommodating, they showed me different shoes and different brands, they were very knowledgable and helped me understand both the pros and cons in different brands, I am definitely going back here whenever I need sneakers, these guys have exceptional product knowledge.

They have a big selection of shoes and boots. Also a decent size discount shoe area. It's nice to be able to try on shoes in person and if they do not have my style or size I can always order online.
