Staff was extremely friendly. The store was clean and well organized. I actually got my favorite booties for the fall season. The cashier team had a slight issue with check out but offered me free delivery service with a brand new set of booties and an additional 30% off as a one time courtesy for the inconvenience.

They rung up the wrong price on her shoes. We drove back and instead of an apology the employee made her wait online again. My wife is too nice to complain but people should know to avoid the place if they can. If you decide to go check your receipt.

Seems to be a large store but selection and styles are pretty bad. Went here a few times and wife can never find anything.

Large quantity of shoes and acessories. Reasonable prices. Nice children selection, my daughter loved several pairs at this location. Will definately return. Highly recommend, they sell name brand shoes. They also sell clothing, though its limited supply. During the holidays they are selling gift items for men.

Manager ruined our Sunday shopping My grandma and I were so happy trying on shoes when the “manager “ of the store at Tarrytown Rd accused us of littering (in Spanish) With not a kind attitude asked us to put back a bench which we never moved in the first place. Then she told us to stop making a mess which we never did. We tried to informed her that it wasn’t us but she would not even stop to hear us. She just continued to say the same things. I tried to communicate what happened to one of the employees and he told me that since she was the manager I could not do anything. We left without buying any pair of shoes. I tried to convince my grandma that everything was ok and that the manager did not pick on us bc we’re HISPANIC (which usually happens to us, the hispanics)
