Staff is great. The young lady on the floor was quick to help my Mom try and find her favorite shoe... that had been discontinued 😔, and point out several other options. Even showing her some that could be ordered in for her. The young lady at the cash register was friendly as well. Thank you for all your help!

Usually you can find great shoes here for good prices. I don't plan on buying shoes all of the time, but it's hard not to. Always a good variety.

Will not use the online option for shopping at DWS and will likely not use the retail outlet again after this experience. Purchased shoes and returned them - still waiting for a refund after nearly a month of them receiving the merchandise back. Three attempts to get help through Customer service has been a waste of time.

Great selection. Love the coupons. Easy returns.

Love this place. Makes me feel so young every time I come here because of all the youth who frequent this place. Anyways great deals, wide aisles, staff is happy to help with anything. Bought a pair of Birkenstocks that I absolutely love.
