My experience with this old dental clinic is average. It is on Cánovas del Castillo street in the old town. I have gone twice to ask for a quote and they contradicted each other both times and I didn't like that very much. From a budget of 600 they went to one of 1,000 euros without justified and unconvincing reasons. The bureaucratic part and customer and user service is simply FASTER. It looks like it's in the 20th century. And not in the 21st century. the administrative ones, some of whom are the dentists' own assistants, also do the same work. It is very ugly that they make you wait 10 minutes to serve you, while they do a thousand procedures, they pick up the phone, and make clearly inflated budgets. Some are somewhat unfriendly and rude and speaks loudly. I feel uncomfortable and tense. The TV is off and there is not even a piece of music. I went to look for the toilet, and a "professional" and with a "low", disrespectful tone, told me "What are you looking for there?" And I told him to go to the toilet, and he said ah, okay, that's where it is... obviously, I can read it and I saw the toilet sign. By phone it is even more disastrous, they call you for an hour, and make you wait half an hour. It is a very serious issue of disorganization. And on top of that, at inappropriate times, they give you an appointment around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, which are rest hours. While other clinics do not open until 5 in the afternoon. As for the facilities, the details are important, such as a simple clothes rack, more comfortable seats and no plastic chairs. A sofa wouldn't hurt. The waiting room is tiny and I don't know what a section for children is worth, since I have never seen children here. The treatment rooms are not soundproof, you can hear the conversation of everything you hear, very badly. There is no plug or USB port to charge your cell phone, nor Wi-Fi.
It will continue....with the result of the treatment. POSITIVE: Clean and bright and disabled access with a huge ramp. NEGATIVE: Everything else. Terrible customer service in EVERY ASPECT. They don't even give you a proper invoice, inflated prices, with contradictions, without justification and lack of staff, some, poorly educated and unprofessional with a language and tone that is not at all appropriate. The bureaucracy is a burden, I answer the phone, they make you wait to make an appointment while they make estimates. They don't keep the appointments they give you and change them without prior notice.
