Not only are all the staff genuinely nice, they are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job in installing our plantation shutters, which we are just thrilled with. And even when we discovered a glitch with the blinds after they were installed, they COMPLETELY resolved the issue. Thanks to all the staff but particularly to Marcus who did such a great job in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Custom Blinds & Design. We will definitely use them again.

Rhonda is very knowledgeable about the custom blinds business and was a wonderful help in deciding what to get for our windows. Greg was very professional and did a great job with installation. They are both available for any problems or questions, even after the blinds are installed.

One of these bay windows was done by Custom Blinds. The other was done by myself with off-the-shelf blinds from the local hardware store. The blinds from Custom were TEN TIMES the price. I encourage you to take a second to think about what that means. $100 vs $1000. That’s just one window in one room. Now multiply that by the number of rooms you have. Sure, their blinds are higher quality and I think about that just about zero times a day because they go up and down the same way. Buyers remorse for this customer. They have a nice staff. However, they cut the blinds too small for the windows in my opinion. In the baby’s room, these black out blinds let in tons of light and it has created sleep issues for our child.

Hannah and the team did a fantastic job getting us taken care of at our shop. Very easy to work with, kind, and professional. Our install took less than 30 minutes and we couldn't be more pleased!

The service provided was professional and quicker than expected. We were not able to get the exact blinds we currently have in our home because the style has been discontinued. However, the new ones are very similar and of excellent quality.
