Cruise Planners Pamela Cservak

We love working with Pam!!! She has made planning cruises a breeze. So simple and easy to understand. What makes it even better is that she has been on a lot of the different ships so she is already familiar with them. She always has answer to any questions we can think of. Pam is hands down an all star.

I have never used a cruise planner/agent before but I can honestly say Pam went so far above and beyond helping me with this past cruise. Extremely knowledgeable in what she does, always patient and quick to respond to questions, concerns or issues. She even went so far as to get us upgraded to a better cabin than what was originally paid for (after final payment date) which anyone that cruises knows that's near impossible. If you are looking for someone to take the stress out of planning your cruise or vacation call Pam.

Pam is an awesome Travel Advisor and has been for years. She asks you questions to know where you are wanting to go and experience. She sent us emails with options on different cruises so we could make an informed decision. Afterwards we got emails for our confirmation, payments and before we left even a reminder to have everything ready to go. We had a great time on our cruise, which was the first one since covid, and now are ready to go back to cruising more regularly. We will be contacting Pam everytime we are ready for our next vacation.

We went through Pamela to book our honeymoon earlier this year. This was my first experience using a travel agent, but it won't be my last! She made everything so easy for us. Pamela has great communication skills. She took all our "asks" and found us many great options within our budget. She did all the research for us, incorporating ground transportation, airfare, etc... so we didn't have to worry about a thing! I didn't have much time or energy to research honeymoon options with all the wedding planning. I honestly don't know what we would've done without Pamela's help. We had an incredible trip and are already talking about planning our next vacation with her services!

I reached out to Pam on Thursday, Oct 20th to help me plan a last minute surprise anniversary trip for Oct. 25-30th because as a Realtor, my time is not my own and I’m always serving my clients. I gave her a budget and a few ideas. She booked us a cruise from Tampa to Cozumel for 1/2 the budget leaving on the 25th. We are beyond thrilled and will be booking again with her. She is amazing and customer service matters. Thank you Pam for an anniversary we will never forget.🚢🏝️🥂🤿🏖️
