We had a cruise planned with several other couples But Amy Matthews contacted all of us several months ago and suggested that we reschedule to the Excellence Riviera Cancun in case the cruise was cancelled. Indeed, it was cancelled but we were booked for the resort. It was a great, enjoyable week and so glad that Amy was looking out for us. She has several more cruises scheduled for us in hopes that the ships will be sailing But, one way or another we know that we can rest assure that Amy will take care of us
