Janice was a wonderful assistant in planning our 25 person family reunion. She was knowledgeable about different cruise lines, helped to pick out a perfect cruise within our parameters, arranged group dinner reservations, seemed to be always available to answer innumerable queries and was a perfect intermediary between the cruise line and the family.
