Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!! My vehicle was with them for nearly 2 months and no one called me to update me throughout the process. All I got were these text messages here and there, continuing to tell me the date that my vehicle was to be ready and that everything was on track, when in reality, it was the complete opposite. My vehicle was not done anywhere close to the initial timeline. On top of that my vehicle was left outside with the windows down parked on the side of their building, and to me that’s not very safe or wise, what’s to stop somebody from rummaging through my vehicle when there’s a car parked on the side street with the windows down???? The interior of my car was disgusting on pickup, it was filled with dust from my vehicle being left with the windows down and it was dirty. My personal items were thrown about and some things were broken. The repairs were not even done correctly in some areas. My weather stripping on both my doors were removed and not replaced so now if my vehicle gets wet my door jam floods. My ground effects kit was taken off of my car and not put back on so I’m not wondering if they just didn’t sell my parts?? On top of that, they made a decision to mismatch finishes on my car without even asking me how I felt about that there was no inspection when they gave me my keys they just simply took my money handed me my keys and I went on my way. Additionally these people had driven my car for 80 miles. Why was my car being driven???? I know what the mileage was when I dropped it off and I know what the mileage was when I picked it up and it is completely unacceptable to know that somebody was using my vehicle and my gas for their personal transportation. Stay away from this place they are shady.
Carolyn and Kat are the best of the best! My vehicle had been in the shop for almost two months with constant delays, but they were on top of communicating with me and didn’t mind giving me updates whenever I called. My car looks absolutely amazing compared to how it looked when it came in, and I was walked through all of the paperwork to make sure I understood everything that was done. 10/10, highly recommend this shop.
I was told my repair would take approximately 8 days, the repair took over 1 month.
Some of this was due to the fact that my car sat at the shop for 2 weeks without being touched. (my car was drivable. It was a dent in the roof that they were fixing. - no parts were needed, and they knew I only had a rental car for three weeks. Why would they ask for the car 2 weeks early?)
Crash Champions has a text service that told me If I didn't Receive a phone call from them my car would be ready on Friday 2/3 - i showed up at the location at 4:45. My car was not ready. I showed them the text. They stated that they never sent it.
They also dinged the top of my car when they fixed the dent. The office manager stated that they would have a dent-less repair shop contact me to get it taken care of - But it has been 3 months and no one has called.
And then today I noticed that when they reattached the Sun-visors in my car they reattached them backwards. ( notice that you cannot use the mirrors)
From the poor quality of work to the customer service I have received I will NEVER use this company again.

Wow! The owner replied that they would share this feedback with the team! And nothing else?
Crash Champions is not gonna take responsibility for the things that your company stated they would complete and your employees screwed up?
They still have not addressed the fact that my sun visors are on backwards, and the fact that nobody has called me to fix the ding in the top of my car that was near the dent they fixed.(as stated above. The office manager was going to have this taken care of.)
Evidently, this company really has no follow through and they do not stand behind their work. Do not go there. You will regret it.!
I have to give this place a 1 as of right now till my situation is rectified. I had an accident almost a year ago and had issues with the bearing, alignment, and steering wheel being off center. I went back to get those things corrected but then ended up being an issue again. I called almost a month ago for the warranty and was told since I live in a different state to call one closest to me. I did and sent all the required documents. No one has gotten back to me since the last time I inquired about it. We’re heading into the month of December and are still facing a communication issue because they don’t know how to communicate. The young lady over the phone isn’t as helpful and called me passive aggressive because I asked to be CCd on an email she was sending to her manager which is laughable. Till my issue is resolved this review will remain.
Excellent customer service. Their team is very professional. As an active duty military servicemember, it is always a gamble when you move to a new location and have to find a reliable repair shop. This team is excellent. For example, our 2008 VW Rabbit had the front left fender damaged by a drunk driver. Initially, it was estimated that the drivers door would need to be replaced as well due to structural integrity concerns. During the actual work, it was discovered that just the door skin could be replaced and that the structural integrity of the door was fine. This reduced the overall repair cost and sped up the repair timeline. That tells me that these technicians are constantly evaluating what needs to be done and not just making blanket repairs that don't really need to be done. Excellent work. Hopefully we don't have any more accidents, but if future damage is done - this is definitely where I will take my vehicles for repair.
