My first experience at the corner home medical was amazing! Janine was super professional. She was extremely helpful in the Cpap supplies.
She explains in great detail on how to use, clean your machine & had me try different head gear to fit my needs comfortably. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I wish there were more friendly and professional people in this world like her kind self. Thank you Janine! You’re truly appreciated!

I will say they do well with current stock in the store, but "special orders" take way too long to come. The one scooter I was looking at would be 6 weeks waiting for delivery. Nope too long. I was looking at a Golden Avenger scooter in their store which is nice, but had a hold on it at the time. Found out the customer didn't buy it so I was about to get it. The bad thing I found out about this model is that it doesn't have overcharge protection like my Golden GC-340 that was given to me by the VA hospital. It seems Golden under contract with the VA has this feature, and not on regular units for non-veteran customers. This is a deal breaker for me because overcharging a battery leads to battery degradation. I will give 5 stars for the kind employees and help as they did try to service my needs. My Mom bought two scooters from them in the past and treated her well so another reason for 5 stars. But, unfortunately their ordering process is not practical for out of pocket customers for products not in their showroom. I don't blame them as much due to the manufacturer's slow production of scooters. Went to another business and bought a scooter that fit my needs and had it delivered the same day whereas this business said it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery to my home.
Wow. Soooo bad. We stopped in to order a four wheel walker for my wife. Three different times we were told on the phone to have the doctor provide certain information. Three times we went to the doctor's office and had the doctor fax the requested information. After each time the Corner Medical person said something ELSE had to be sent. Today it came to a head when we were told the doctor had to send a fax that said there needed to be proof of a conversation. Even if true, we should have been told ALL of this up front. Total incompetence by Corner Medical. NEVER going back. Warning! Beware! 12/12/23
