From management to greeters, they all lack of any kind of customer service skills or highwr education for that matter, people in new customers and credit deparments really don't know how ther system works and will take 2 hrs to do some simple process. So if you can set your mind to ignore this, it's a good department store, good clothes, accessories and shoes for all the family, furniture and electronics, credit is their stapple.

I had to go to 2 different coopels because in one place they told me I need to open an account the one in plaza Vallarta. They send me to a second coopel and they make me open an account with them to get a money transfer from USA and they didn't have enough money to give me so they send me to a third coopel and finally they had enough money for me. It's the worst service, it seems like no one it's train to give you information that you need. This place sucks. Not recommended. I hope you have a better service then the one I had 😣

No very high quality in clothing, but okay for a quick shopping.

Always close way before the actual closing time and thats very uncovinient because sometimes i arrive 30 min to closing and they do not let people in anymore
