I suffered discrimination from a security guard since I was dressed in an urban style, the guard treated me like a criminal, she did not leave my side, she followed me everywhere and only made me feel uncomfortable, she asked me insistently if I needed anything but Not for providing customer service, it was not a pleasant experience, and the other staff behaved in a friendly and respectful manner.

I felt discriminated against by the store staff. I bought two products where their cost was $1700 each. It can't be that they don't let you take the product with you while you choose something else. And they also send you security from the store to watch you as if you couldn't pay and/or were going to steal the product. Honestly, not a more prestigious store does that kind of thing. Very disappointed in the store and would never recommend this specific one. So that your managers can do something about the care they offer to their customers.

I don't know the name of the girl who helped me, but she helped me a lot to buy the best suitcase option. I left happy and eager to return. It is well stocked and varied.
