We have been going to this location for 5 years. We loved it until Lauren left. Nothing against the other stylists, but my son loves Lauren. She has so much patience with all the kids and they are happy with her. I am happy I found her at the Nortera location. There were many moms looking for her and were told to try another stylists instead of being told where she went. Luckily, mommy groups on social media helped some of those mommies find Lauren. I am willing to drive from Scottsdale to the other location for the wonderful experience Lauren provides.
They are absolutely in mode of looting customers. First of all their haircut prices is almost double of regular place, but that is may be ok as they provide services for kids with tv, candy and balloon. In my last visit I had to wait for 20 min, but they have policy to pay $25 if you are late by 5 min. This time they asked me to pay 20% tip saying its mandated as per their policy. Never going to this place ever again.
I was impressed with Lauren. She turned my tiny tornado into a gentleman baby. I expected my son to cry due to his fear of noisy things that vibrate, but with both our team work he had fun. I admire how she was able to achieve this look regardless of how much he wiggled on her. His first birthday look was a hit with the family. I love my son’s first hair cut!!! Thanks Lauren 💙
We love Cookie Cutters! My boys all see Ely, and they absolutely love her. She is so friendly and somehow does an amazing job despite their frequent movements. They all adore her and the facility, as a whole! We're always excited to go get haircuts. The fun chairs, TVs at each station, play place, balloons and lollipops-- what more could a kid want! It's always busy so make sure to make an appointment :)
First time we went it was okay, the second and third time the stylists had no idea how to cut hair. It was choppy and it really seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. Go to Sit Still Kids just down the street for stylists who actually know how to cut hair.
