Amy and staff are so nice and patient! Took time to explain the process ( and again and again since I don't hear well). After my car was done, they cleaned and shined it very nicely. I couldn't even see where the damage was! I recommend this business for your car body needs.

Had a great experience. I recognize that it’s difficult to get in to see any auto shop these days. But I appreciate Amy working with me and staying in communication. The work done was great and in the time estimated. Will be bringing my vehicle back if I ever need additional service!

I've been a customer here before and was happy with the work. Unfortunately, they are not able to provide an estimate on my wife's damaged vehicle until Dec. 4th. Seems a little ridiculous to have to wait that long to get an estimate. I understand labor challenges, but business models should adapt to meet the customers needs.

Negative stars. Incompetent, inconsiderate, obdurate, inflexible. They provide the minimum, frequently eliminating necessary steps to prevent corrosion and further damage. They have failed to apply primer or clearcoat to two of my vehicles. Both corroded within a year. They have failed to complete tasks and place blame on either the customer or the insurance, never themselves. A zero accountability company. Good riddance to gutter rubbish.

Complete Auto Body & Paint is a fantastic place to take your car, if you are unfortunate enough to have the need for auto repair. Amy was so pleasant to work with and Ed, the owner, just seemed like a great guy. I'm always skeptical of autobody shops, but any skepticism I had went away once I saw the shop and talked with Ed and Amy.
