Throughout the years Chris and his crew have activity worked on my properties exterior needs. All of the projects from gutters, roofing and siding they have done a fantastic job! Recently the condo complex I live in just received some new siding upgrades! I am so happy with the results and can't even imagine how this place looked before with 50 year old wood siding. Chris and his crew went way up and beyond our expectations. They replaced our old roof and gutters. They handled our unexpected roof challenges that came up with ease and utmost professionalism. When you buy your first house there are always challenges you have to cross. I have to say, Colonial made my challenges smooth and effortless. It was a blistering cold December when we decided to rip apart half of my house. This didn’t slow down Chris and his team. Bundled from head to toe they completed my roof 100% in 2 days and got my house all sealed up before the first snowfall. Chris also repaired one of my gutters while they were up there and fixed one of the spots that was accumulating water heavily.
