The Legal Guidance Service is non-existent, after months of calls and emails, there was never a response. Luckily some municipalities have the S.O.J. within Cantabria to give at least minimal attention.

They are leaving many people in the lurch for not submitting documentation on time. Even knowing that public administrations are delaying many of them.
