I have nothing but good things to say about Coldstream! I had recently purchased a house with a 22-year-old roof. As a result, I was unable to obtain reasonable homeowners insurance. After obtaining quotes from a few companies mentioned on Angie’s List, Coldstream was the best choice. My point of contact was Jared Hall. Jared was personable and professional and was there to take my calls or texts immediately with any questions/concerns I had. As I was out of state, Jared sent me photos and documents during every step of the process. The craftsmanship of the roof was better than I expected, and the inspector even commented on how well the roof was installed. After sending the successful inspection documents and photos to my insurance agent, I was able to choose from a variety of reputable homeowners insurance companies. We would highly recommend Juan and his crew to do any necessary work. I want to also say contrary to many construction workers Juan’s men left everything nice n clean, Very clean, we inspected it after they left n didn’t find anything out of place not even a nail. Actually when they left you could not tell we had at least 6 to 8 men working on our roof for over ten hours. They did a wonderful and clean job.
