I have received much better attention in a state PAC clinic than in this private hospital. 2 hours in the waiting room on metal chairs then half hour in next waiting room while waiting for an x ray for an 11 year old boy with suspected knee fracture. No sign in here this is a private hospital ! And staff treat you like they’re doing you a favour as opposed to what we are paying for. Wish I’d checked the reviews beforehand! 100% don’t recommend and won’t he back.

Zero Stars would be appropriate. As a private patient you see a doctor maybe 5 minutes a day. Almost all the staff, nurses, doctors, administration, are highly unfriendly and when you have a question or ask for something they give you the feeling you are bothering them. The only thing they are very efficient with is getting their money. If you have questions about medical results you wait for a day, if there is the slightest issue with the insurance, the are in your room IMMEDIATELY. Also the food has to be much better in every prison. It’s just not eatable!!

The worst hospital I’ve been to in my life. My aunt stayed here for some hours, they charged A LOT of money and didn’t even offer one glass of water to her. They did unnecessary tests just to charge more money but didn’t really care about the patient at all.

This hospital was excellent for emergency care - They took care of my father before he sadly passed away. Upon arrival they were very fast with his diagnosis and following critical care surgery. They also liaised with our travel insurance to ensure everything was covered and the communication was very clear throughout the whole period. Some of the staff went above and beyond during our long period here especially Isobella on the ground floor. We are ever so thankful to them !!

Foreign traveler who needed an xray for an injured foot. Thought for a minor problem jt would take awhile but I was in and out in just over an hour. Almost all staff spoke English, and if not they had a translator. Friendly, professional, efficient. Highly recommend for any kind of urgent problem, minor or major.
