They think people are stupid and don't realize it.

SHAMEFUL! I had a cleaning with my insurance and one day before my appointment they tell me that I have to pay €20 separately because they do an x-ray, (they haven't even seen if I need it), I tell them that I don't want an x-ray I just want my cleaning , and the receptionist with very bad manners tells me that it is the policy of the company. They try to deceive people and get the money, my insurance has already filed the corresponding claim.

The reception service is terrible, if you call to make an appointment they put you on hold, without music or anything, and they never answer you again. They did it to me up to 5 times. I had to call through another extension to be told that they did not have an open agenda until the end of the month.
