The emergency service is disastrous... I have been waiting for almost 3 hours and only one person has come in since I have been here... I understand that there are more serious emergencies than others, but when I arrived they informed me that there were 2 people in front of me and The wait seems disproportionate to me. Far from seeming that there is less left, it seems that patients are arriving and that things are getting worse.
The girl who was in front of me (who was already there when I arrived) just left without finally visiting. A shame.
The other time I came I also waited an awful lot.
IM not coming back anymore.
Very grateful for the treatment received, both from the medical team, the nurses, assistants, wardens, etc., especially from the third floor which is the one we were on; exceptional, very professional, kind and humane. I will only consider using your services again simply because people should be treated for what they are, people to the end and someone who calls himself a social worker should have that clear as a basic principle, especially above of any resource optimization..
I was in the emergency room with my mother 2 days ago and after so long there is finally someone in the emergency room to take care of us as it should be. Dr. Pirela was very kind and explained everything to us as they should always do, my mother arrived very sick with her blood pressure through the roof and the doctor did everything possible to make my mother comfortable and not worried. Thank you very much, Dr. Pirela.
At the emergency room, there was no one, the receptionist didn't know how to run the program, she had to bring in 3 different people, and none of them knew how to do it, without taking into account how bad the person she was accompanying was.
We go inside a good while later, and the doctor, on a person with a history of stroke, doesn't do any tests, or take the blood pressure, (the person comes in with considerable dizziness) and asks for an X-ray, she tells him to the patient who has not broken anything in the head and to take ibuprofen for the dizziness, and the patient tells her that the doctor is forbidden, and she says that she must take ibuprofen.
By the way, the same doctor who a year ago, when the person she was accompanying had a stroke, diagnosed her with cervical pain and sent her home, having died in those hours.
You have real psychopaths working for you
My husband and I have been waiting for 2 hours, we have asked and there was still px for 2 more hours!! 3 people have left after waiting and so have we. A real shame!!! I think that's what they want... to annoy us so that we all go to another hospital.
