Came here for emergency on Sunday at 11 am. The room was busy. The reception checked us in right away. He was lovely and kind. I came here because I am pregnant and may have UTI. They took urine sample at the check in. When the result was ready 2 hours after (normal wait time for result from my experience) I was called into the A&E ward and in a room. The doctor came in 10 mins after to check in and talked through the test result. I left 15-20 mins after. I spent total of 2.5 hours here with the urine test required, I find it relatively speedy. The staff were kind. Nothing bad to say about this place. Highly recommended.

It took more than 2 hours to see a doctor, a general practitioner. I was left to wait in a box for 30 minutes and I was attended by doctor only after I asked if they forgot about me. Also, important; I speak Spanish but they call you by numbers in Catalan. Unorganized and improvised service, the doctor looked like an intern and he finished the visit and prescription in 2 minutes. Luckily it was just an otitis but I’m definitely not coming back.

DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL All of the staff are interns. And have not a single clue what they are doing. We spent 11 hrs at the hospital only to be told directly by a very nice employee of the hospital to go to another hospital because nobody has a clue what they are doing. PLEASE USE ANOTHER the medical advice, and diagnosis they gave was completely incorrect and nearly ended in an operation, which was not required This hospital should be closed by the government. They seem to have invested all the money in the building and it would make a better hotel than a hospital

Magnetic Resonance Department, fast, efficient and very friendly staff. Cafeteria clean and tidy. A good experience at the new clinic: congratulations.

Nee and clean hospital. Service ok. I felt like this hospital is more about making lots of money than asking a fair price for their service. The invoice of €500,- for radiologia of my spine and hips. Confirmed my suspicion. Next time I would first check the reviews of this hospital. But in the emergency I was in I could not be so precise.
