Very bad experience with this clinic. The doctor is arrogant and treats patients badly. They are just out to get your money. They did a mouth cleaning for which I paid €80 and then they ask me for the Insurance card. I ask them for what and they tell me that to charge the cleaning. But I had already paid €80. Incredible. They gave my son unnecessary teeth whitening and they charged him a paste for it. In short, shame what they do. We won't be back.

I went to this clinic with my daughter for a tooth infection, they did a pulpectomy or so they said, but I paid for it, and it turns out that what they really did was a pulpotomy, which was our surprise when we went to another clinic to see the infection and verify with an x-ray that the treatment for which they charged us had not been such a treatment. They deceive patients and charge them for things they do not do on top of it so as not to solve the problem.

Well, in general I am very happy. They have always treated me well and I think they are honest (I was quite scared of a dentist who recommended quite expensive treatments and painting things very black for me and the doctor, after looking at me carefully, calmed me down and told me that they were not necessary, 12 years later they are not I have had no problems associated with it) and since then I have continued to be a client of yours, after two pregnancies, treatments, orthodontics...the truth is that I like it and I feel comfortable. They don't usually hurt me and calling you before the appointment, with how much of a mess I am, seems like a good idea. They have greatly improved the waiting time (I think it is not even 5 minutes what I have been the last few times). Friendly and close treatment

I will do the criticism in parts because there are several things. To begin with, when I requested an appointment for a dental cleaning, they told me that I had to see a doctor first and that if everything was fine, they would do the cleaning, they NEVER clarified that this would be in a second appointment (to charge the insurance twice of course ). On the first appointment when the doctor sees me, she wants to sell me a thousand things, a lot of insistence, although I was still reticent about everything she wanted to do to me, she did what she was going to do: a simple cleaning. On the second appointment I refused to pay for the antiseptic because come on, I am 30 years old and in my life they have charged me for it in other places, it was always included. The cleaning didn't last long (I don't have any problems in my mouth so it was to be expected) but I'm commenting on it because according to everything they wanted to sell me, my mouth was in very bad condition 😂. Since I started cleaning, I commented that in 24 hours I was moving abroad for work, even so, the doctor did not stop wanting to sell me long-term treatments and even wanted to tell me the price of the cleaning and the number to make an appointment! I repeated to him several times that I was moving and that I was no longer going to return to Spain, but he continued to insist. I can understand that your job is to sell too, but you have to listen to the patient please. And I will comment on this because they will surely respond and say so: I do have a problem with a tooth and its gums but I have controlled it for a long time, and I said it several times but they still insisted on scanning (€80) and controlling it themselves. Listen to the patient/client.

I went on the recommendation of a friend since my tooth hurt terribly. Dr. Maite attended to me. Very good professional. He explained everything to me in detail and did me no harm. He is also very kind and a perfectionist at work. I will always return to this clinic 😊
