Very happy with the treatment received, they are all professionals, especially Sharon at the reception who, apart from being a great professional, is charming.

Very good care, like in all the clinics, but none of them had asked me to pay for a treatment in advance! I edit my review in response to the place: it was a simple €70 filling, no discount or financing

I give it a 2 and not because of the quality of the dental or orthodontic service because I am delighted with it, I give it a 2 because although those inside do a great job, the customer service girl at reception leaves a lot to be desired, it is super bad polite and she treated me terribly, I don't understand if they are in customer service they must treat patients terribly! It was a very bad experience. When she came in, she was rude and had a bad response, as if she were upset about doing her job, and when she left, she asked me to tell me the time of the new consultation, and I almost had to get it out of her mouth, since she had her hand covering her mouth, and when she asked me to He repeated as if he were angry, he didn't even respond to my farewell greeting, he was super disappointed with that attention. I'm sorry for the good professionals there are within. This happened at the Vitaldent on Av. Solidaridad, 2 Logroño

Even though I couldn't speak the language, they explained things very kindly and treated me. Free medical care was provided for pilgrims. thank you.
