very bad service! I ordered the tooth clamps. I visited the dental clinic 3 times and they couldn't do it properly. When I asked for the money back, they didn't answer first. Then when I said I would make it public and inform the lawyer, they started asking for different documents. It already seemed like a game. Finally, they said I had to go again to make the cash refund. It took 7 months from ordering to refunding !!

Disgraceful treatment, I have come about 5 times because they are placing an implant and they always give you an appointment and see you an hour or so later. The number of patients they take per day and they can't cope is tremendous and they absolutely don't care about your time. It seems to me to be one of the most regrettable lacks of respect that can be given to the patient. And of course when they serve you they send you quickly because they always run out of time... If you want to receive good and quality treatment this is not the place

Very dissatisfied with the service, I had orthodontics more than 20 years ago in another city and I called this clinic as an emergency because my fixed retainer had come loose (which had not given me any problems in 20 years). I have been going every week for the last two months because every time they stick it on it lasts between 4-7 days and it comes off again, every time I go I get a different person who just sticks it on in a bad way in 1 minute despite the fact that I tell him that it won't last because the previous ones have already tried, that they give me a new one even if I have to pay for it, but they limit themselves to treating me in a few minutes and making me have to come back the following week. On the last occasion I told them that if they don't know how to stick it on me, they should take it off and that's it, and they answered that it's better not because then they have to charge me for the removal service, when I was able to remove it without any problem at home because it was practically fallen. I believe that you do not worry at all about the person and their problem but that you limit yourself to sending people away.

Absolute gang of thieves, there was money left in my favor after treatment that ended in extraction of the tooth, due to negligence (at Vitaldent in San Fernando) Two months after filling out the refund request, I had to submit a complaint form, because they kept dragging me out to give me my money back. I wish I had never gone.

I have my father in Cádiz and when the crown of a recently placed implant came loose I was very scared. I called Vitaldent and in addition to taking great care of him, they have solved it in no time. A thousand thanks to the receptionist and the surgeon, you are a great team. Highly recommended!!!
