If I had any problems, they solved it and apart from the other dentistry, they had to help me remove a tooth through surgery and I didn't have any problems. I have felt very comfortable during all the visits, I highly recommend her.

At reception they took my details and informed me what the first visit would consist of, the waiting room is comfortable and wide enough. The hygienist and the dentist of ten. Terrible attention from the receptionist who was there today. Arrogant and ill-mannered. Blaming me and having to justify myself because they didn't have my details (phone number and ID). Isn't that your job? Since when is this the treatment offered to the customer? Shameful and unacceptable. Lifelong Sanitas customer and I don't plan to go back. It is necessary for Sanitas as a company to take into account who is attending to its clientele, everything that is written falls short.
