I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they told me that my policy was no longer valid when there were still 2 weeks left and that is what they had on the order and they gave me a phone number to call. Why don't they call to verify that what I say is true? Well, I just called Sanitas and they told me that my card was blocked because the company had requested the cancellation. After explaining to them that despite that it was still valid, they agreed to activate my card again. Come on, pirates, if you have a valid policy but you requested cancellation, they will not assist you unless you complain.
Deplorable service, they did not bother to get my information at the time and therefore they did not notify me that the doctor could not come, having done everything there was to arrive on time, leaving Santiago... An hour's trip to find 4 assistants chattering in the waiting room, without a single dentist in the entire clinic who could treat me, surprisingly, I don't understand what they will do there all day if no one visits me... I didn't receive an apology, nor an explanation and much less a solution. They remained indifferent and sparing in the face of the situation, ridiculous...
Although I don't live in Lugo, I have gone to this dental clinic for an emergency while there and I am delighted. Without a doubt they have the best dentists in Lugo. I recommend them 100%.
Very satisfied with my orthodontic treatment and with the great payment facilities. In addition, the people who work in the clinic are very nice. I also really value the issue of how well they handle the covid protocols. I totally recommend it!
