First of all, very good. I am very dissatisfied. I have gotten sores every time they have treated me, in addition to fungus in my mouth. Every time I go, I fear it, it even scares me. 3 years ago I had 2 implants and to date they have not solved the problem. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I am paying for dental insurance...the last time I went to get treatment for discomfort in a tooth...their answer was...the doctor already told you that you had nothing...that I should go to my primary doctor...I don't even know. They bothered to look at me...

I have gone up to 4 times for two poor quality fillings that they gave me and they have not solved the problem. It has been 11 months since I posted this review and I have been waiting for a valuation report to be sent for more than 1 month. Total inattention to the client.

I am very happy, periodic cleaning, orthodontic treatment, and everything was very good and very professional. It shows that they invest in being up to date.

Access is suitable for people with disabilities, parking is difficult due to being in the center, the clinic is very new, renovated and the furniture and equipment have been carefully maintained. The cleaning and disinfection is very noticeable, something that gives security and especially in a pandemic. The staff is quite friendly and clear. The only thing I don't like is that they make me go 3 times, with 3 appointments on different days to receive complete attention and that has made me choose another professional. Currently we do not have time to go one day to the orthopanto, another to the cleaning, another to the budget.... and in each check-up the same thing happened to me. If this improved, the clinic would probably become the top one in Cuenca.
