I went to a visit with an orthodontist to find out what methods they recommended and what budget they would have. Everything was pretty good until we walked in with the director. The prices are given without being personalized and without a study, that is, the same budget regardless of the difficulty of the case. In fact it is a generic sheet.
When I told her that I was surprised that it was this way and that it seemed strange that the prices were higher than others I had from other sites without including insurance, she became quite defensive and aggressive, leaving a repertoire of phrases like:
"90% of the clients we have do not look at the price" (repeated at least three times during the conversation)
"In other places they don't give you the guarantees that we give you. We work by word of mouth and whoever comes doesn't look at the price"
"Nowhere are they going to give you a quote without a study" (and I told her that is true, but that they had given me an estimate. However, she does give a price without a study, without even knowing what the case is)
"And in fact, it's not for nothing, but I warn you that prices are going to rise" (with a tone that I received as very friendly, to be honest)
"Here we have all types of clients, even those who have insurance through a company such as Inditex, Estrella Galicia or Banca"
When I told him that the other site had good references, "the comparison you are making is very unfair to us for not having references"
Practically, from the beginning, the conversation was very unpleasant for me and I saw an intention to belittle and try to ridicule that I commented that it seemed strange to me that the prices were higher if, already paying for insurance. Also, always from my point of view, trying to be in a position of reason, when I simply told him that I had requested a quote from Sanitas and somewhere else. For me it wasn't even a discussion.

When I go to check-up it usually doesn't take long at all, from the time I enter until I leave it doesn't even take 20 - 30 minutes...
I have been to this clinic several times, and they always treat me with great love and attention. The last one is an implant, which is not a pleasant thing to have a tooth removed, and both Susana and Dr. Aída are attentive, they worry that it doesn't hurt, that you are comfortable, with humor... It's nice. I would always come back.
I went to the clinic for a root canal, they did it without hardly knowing. Very happy with the attention of the health workers and also the administration staff. 100% recommended.
