I'm not happy at all I think it's bad on the part of some doctors since they have made me wait on occasions for a bit of everything. At first they did the check-up, then I was in the waiting room, they came in again, it was two hours waiting, so in the end when I needed to know how much the total cost of the implant was, the girl was with another person attending to her but also telling her about her experience of the trip in New York, wasting time and making me wait for me, there were few friendly girls, and changing the subject, I have insurance so they told me that it would cost me less for having insurance and it turns out that it is more expensive than in Vitaldent, that is, in IMQ it costs me €1,800 and in vital den, €1,300 is amazing. Insurance no longer saves us 😞😞😞😞😞😞

My husband (retired) has gone to ask for a prosthesis repair estimate and they charge him €20 for the face, they tell him that it was for going into the consultation. It seems to me to be very shameless.

Very little seriousness. My mother made the appointment 6 months ago. They called him last week to see if he could move up the appointment; my mother was out of town at the time. Today they call him again and tell him they are rescheduling his appointment for next month. The reason for the visit is a treatment that is done every 6 months and cannot be cut off. Also, it's not the first time it's happened... It's a constant. Totally not recommended.

After spending my entire life (I am 61 years old) going to dental clinics, I have never encountered such a team. Zero professionalism. Zero coordination. INEPT. They refer you from one specialist to another and they don't agree. The dentist Flavio refers me to the endodontist, who tells me that the nerve is perfect. Back to Flavio again, who tells me that it will hurt a lot to treat the cavity with the nerve left unremoved. And so one appointment after another. After an extraction, the implant next to it begins to move. They are unable to hold the implant after five weeks without being able to eat on that side or properly brush that tooth. I had sent them the reference for that implant but the excuse was that I went to where it was placed 20 years ago. Incapable of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Today, May 24, is the last day I go. Disappointed and fed up with the situation. And I come out with an implant that moves and a tooth with cavities that they have been unable to solve. Please don't go to that clinic or you will regret it for the rest of your life.

It is a bit embarrassing that the two clinics do not even have a doctor for an emergency on a Thursday afternoon, the 7th.
