I called about a small dermatological problem, I just wanted to know if they used laser procedures to fix it, which was what I wanted to know to make an appointment. According to most of the reviews, and I don't doubt it, the work of the professionals in this clinic must be good. The problem is that the person who picks up the phone and does the first customer service filter, whether real or potential, is limited to saying and repeating that she is only there to make appointments. It may be true, but in that case, they should prepare that person a little more since it is the first contact with the company that the "patient/client" has. The procedure would be, in my opinion, put me on hold, find out and clarify the doubt, or take my phone number. and call me later. That is what the concept of customer service is based on, giving an outlet and responding to what has been raised and not just saying and, I insist, repeating that she is only there to make appointments. Believe me, the question was very simple and easy to clarify. I was a little annoyed by the lack of interest shown and, much to my regret, I did not make an appointment at that clinic. Comment that it was in the only clinic where I asked that this happened to me.
