Very unprofessional, to say the least. Null, Total Zero. If it is for mouth cleanings, anyone does it. I have known a case that has been done to a friend, and in a few words have filled his entire mouth, and what that person has suffered is unforgivable, and on top of that leaving his topic abandoned. Nobody called him, nobody knew anything, and those who knew didn't do it either. They only knew how to charge, which is not little, and if I have seen you I don't remember. I do not recommend this dental company to anyone. Let's go for me, it won't happen for those I know.

This clinic is not advisable at all, very good words but very unprofessional, I accompanied a friend to solve a problem that had been going on for more than 5 years and had not yet been solved, and it was not cheap, we are talking about almost 10,000 euros. Well, to my surprise it still hasn't been solved, they told him again.... I'll pass it on to management and we'll call you and that's been three months now and during that time my friend has shown up at the clinic about three times and they've told him the same thing.... Tomorrow without fail the auditor will call you.... Well, until today... Nothing at all. So in the end he went to another dentist and they are solving it... Now it's time to file a claim where appropriate. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else...

I have an uncle who had a problem with his prostheses and the problems began to get worse, and they washed their hands and gave no solution. In the end, he had to pay out of pocket to solve his problem and even they did not answer him. In the end, what's the point of paying you to take the money and not fulfill your obligations to the clients? Totally outraged. I simply come here to show the lack of responsibility of this company and for people to know that they wash their hands when they have already taken the money.

I do not recommend this Adeslas clinic at all. They are inexperienced and do not give you any solution to any problem you may have. My experience has been a true nightmare from day one, both emotionally and psychologically. They deceive you, they tell you they will call you and call you and they never do. At the end of so much suffering that this has caused me, I have had to go somewhere else and spend the money again. I will submit a claim form to the corresponding department or organization with all the documentation that accredits it. My comment is so that my case does not happen to anyone again because they deceive people.
