I really liked this clinic. I already have an experience here with the fillings , tooth removal and even an implant. I was very lucky with the doctors : with the dentist Drа.Grau Puig, and with the surgeon - Dra. Salvia D'Angelo, and with their wonderful assistant nurses. The clinic has a very pleasant atmosphere, they always remind you of the upcoming visit, everyone is very friendly. And most importantly - I am very pleased with the result: excellent fillings, an excellent implant that stands in its place, like my own tooth. So a Huge Thanks to all of them!
Horrible service. Even though you have insurance, they don't have any appointments available for sooner than a month or two in advance and the receptionists seem to be so clueless, not knowing even when they have appointments available, and then a few days before my appointment, they called me to change it, and I accepted, then they called again the day before to change it again! And then when they do the actual teeth cleaning, it's a very rushed, careless process.
I put one star because you can't do less. With health, not everything goes.

I had been going to the same dentist (another one) for 20 years, once a year to monitor my teeth. I have always had it very controlled, very cared for and very healthy.
This year I got health insurance that included a free cleaning and check-up. All subsequent services had to be paid for. I decided to take advantage of the insurance and went to the Adeslas Dental Equipo Crónica clinic to have the cleaning and check-up done.
During the check-up they told me that one of my fillings (which I had had for years, I was checked by my previous dentist and I had never had any problems) needed to be changed. They gave me a quote, they stressed to me that the policy would be cheaper, they gave me an appointment and they replaced the filling for €85.
The next day I had pain when biting and sensitivity and went to get it checked out (I've had many fillings done and I've never had pain afterward). They told me to wait a few weeks and if the pain didn't subside, to come back.
Two weeks later I went back because I couldn't chew on that side and it hurt more and more. They took an x-ray and told me that when they replaced the filling, they had to clean very deep and they had reached the nerve and that's why it hurt. They told me that I had to have a root canal (kill the nerve) and a reconstruction of the tooth, all for €415 (they stressed to me again that with the policy it would be cheaper).
I decided to go back to my regular dentist since he didn't inspire any confidence in me. Today I had a check-up with my regular dentist and he repeated the plates. As he told me, it is a superficial filling that is nowhere near the nerve, and I do not require a root canal at all. I had sensitivity because replacing a filling can cause sensitivity and because the filling was not done correctly, my bite was bad and that caused me pain. They have polished my filling and the relief has been automatic.
It is a shame that they tried to give me a root canal, which was completely unnecessary, just to make money. It is very serious to play with people's health, and the person who treated me (whom I will not name out of respect) wanted to kill a nerve in a completely healthy tooth just for money. It probably wasn't necessary to replace the filling either, but otherwise they didn't charge anything.
Shameful and regrettable. In addition to being very unethical and professional.
They give you an appointment and then they change it and then cancel it the same day and by phone, although it continues to appear in the system and they have even sent me an SMS confirming it. And besides, there is no way to be answered by phone at the customer service number. We are going to drop out.
Marian took care of me, she gave me a dental cleaning. He was super friendly since I had problems getting there and he attended to me immediately, he didn't make me wait, I mean he gave him time, very efficient. He is also very kind.
