Very bad experience! I made an appointment for today on the official website in advance. When I arrived, the front desk told me that my appointment was wrong because they did not have a doctor who spoke English! None of them speak English! So you can’t show me your teeth! It's so ridiculous! Don’t dentists in Spain speak English? Even when I used a translator to tell her that we could communicate using a translator, she was rejected! I almost want to cancel the insurance right away!
More than three times I have made an appointment for dental hygiene and the day before, they call me saying that they will not be able to see me because there is no hygienist. If they do not have staff for this service, they do not make it easy to request an appointment. The poor person at the reception must spend the day making calls to cancel appointments (with corresponding angry customers). It has happened to me in other Adeslas Dental clinics. Leaves a lot to be desired from a supposedly quality company. Now they will answer the review but the important thing is not that, but rather finding a solution, such as blocking the possibility of making an appointment online if they do not have staff.

Today I went for a REVIEW, without any warning they gave me a cleaning and what was my surprise when it was finished they charged me €90. Having ADESLAS DENTAL INSURANCE. After having the policy renewed since 09/07/23, you supposedly have one free cleaning per year. I do not recommend it at all. Don't anyone go to this clinic

They gave me an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning, I go today at the agreed time (9:10) and the receptionist tells me that it won't be possible today because the hygienist failed them (if I already knew, why didn't she call me to cancel it, clients have a life and a job). He offered me October 19 as an alternative (1 month), I had no choice but to leave and tell him to forget it. Poor organization and customer response.
As of November 9, no one has contacted me as you indicate in the response to my review, it is great for the gallery that you respond to the reviews but they are empty responses because you do not comply with what you indicate.

You just have to investigate a little to see that this is a lie, they work on commission, and of course that's how it happens, rush, full agendas to ventilate yourself as soon as possible and continue making money... all lies
