I had an appointment on November 29, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. for dentistry. Upon arrival, the receptionist was assisting a client offering appointments over the phone and I was left waiting there for 5 minutes. When I finished, the girl told me that she had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for the second day in the morning because I was 15 minutes late. It seems absurd to me, because first, when you arrive early, they make you wait 20/30 minutes to serve you, and once you arrive a little late they cancel the appointment you have. And in this specific case, the girl said: our doctor is late, that means that he did not want to see me because they simply did not manage their time well and they paid for it with me, which, when the reservation was made The appointment showed that at 7:45 p.m. it was still available. (There was no one waiting in the room). Therefore, I am sure that if he had arrived early he would have made me wait 20/30 minutes because the doctor is late and is treating someone else.
Given this situation, I want to say that I had to drive 30 kilometers, coming from Illescas Toledo, which I mentioned to the girl because I had arrived late (because there was a huge traffic jam on the road, in addition to the difficulty of parking in the area), that even so, they have not wanted to assist me, simply because they wanted to leave work early.
Therefore, dedicating myself to the receptionist, I just want to say that if you have a bad day, don't take it out on your clients, because your service has been terrible and I think that you don't deserve to work in front of the public and obviously you don't. I would never come back again, and that's why I said I didn't want the appointment anymore.
By the way, when I left the girl didn't look at me or greet me.
