I went by appointment with my mother to ask for an estimate to do some dental treatments, when we got to the counter the girl asks us our information to which she realizes that our last name is misspelled, she corrects it, then she asks my mother for the card. which I did not have, I tell him that I can send it to him by mail, by WhatsApp or at the next visit, he tells me no, that it is impossible, well we had to go to another clinic and there they budgeted €7,350 that we have paid a big card... I understand that it is a ridiculous figure and the clinic will not go bankrupt, but here the question is: how much money has this clinic stopped earning due to barriers or policies as soon as you walk through the door...
The girl from the other clinic told us that without any problem we could send her my mother's card or in future visits (zero problems).

They try to get your money from everywhere. It turns out that here they recommend a root canal and when going to another dentist they tell us that a filling is enough. we will not return

Subsequently, the doctor and the assistant made sure that I was comfortable at all times and, even though we paid for a service, the extra that these professionals give on a human level adds up a lot!
