I have known Juanjo for many years, in my town, when I was still studying medicine. He was always charming. After about 20 years I met him in this clinic and since then I always go to him. The humane treatment he has with the patient makes him an exceptional doctor. It calms you down when you need it. Regarding the psychologist, as mentioned by a lady, it is true that he is a bit unpleasant to deal with, nothing like Juanjo. The only drawback is the waiting time to enter the consultation. But it speeds up a lot if you only go for prescriptions, which are made upon admission, but then Juanjo signs them.

On December 7, my husband made an appointment at this "clinic" to perform an Antigen test on December 24 at 9:00 a.m. My surprise was that this afternoon, by chance, I called to corroborate tomorrow's appointment and check that everything was correct and a very rude guy told me who apparently is the psychologist from the "clinic" that they had called us yesterday to tell us that they did not carry out tests on the 24th and that we had not picked up the phone, which apparently they had insisted on only once (today, everything is recorded on the phone and in the event of a coverage failure, we would have received the notification of calls). I have a trip scheduled on December 25 and if it doesn't happen because I call this afternoon and I have been able to make an appointment at another clinic, will I lose my trip? To all this, the man told me "that's what it is" without asking for any kind of apology and, in addition, he hung up on me. Couldn't you have contacted us via WhatsApp? Because of your lack of seriousness and, above all, lack of professionalism, could we have lost our trip? You are ones without... and of course, Almed clinic this does not stay like that! Tell the psychologist that what he should do is empathize more with the patient, who certainly seemed unprofessional to me with the treatment he gave us. Do not take any type of test at this clinic as the same thing that happened to us could happen to you the day before we took our flight.
