Chuck's Auto Body

Went in for an estimate. They rook pictures and asked for all my information. The owner was a bit unpleasant. They said the estimate would be done shortly. Had to call back a few days later because of the weekend. Once again they said they would send out the information and still nothing. Went in to pick up the estimate and then they said they have to get all my information and take pictures again. Very unprofessional.

This will be the third time that we will be using Chuck's Auto Body. Both of our earlier experiences over the last few years has lead us back to Chuck's. We were so happy that State Farm has listed Chuck's among the body shops that were recommended. We did not give a thought of using someone else. In the two earlier occasions, a mirror replacement and tail gate repair indicated excellent workmanship in both body work and painting. Scheduling was a little difficult, but Chuck's was able to work us into their busy schedule and that is appreciated. Cannot recommend an area body shop more highly.
